January 2, 2020, Ridgeland, MS – BadgePass, Inc., and Alabama Card Systems, Inc. announce the strategic merger of the two companies, effective immediately. For BadgePass, headquartered in Ridgeland, MS, the acquisition of Alabama Card Systems represents the seventh merger or acquisition in the last five years and furthers the company’s strategy to provide credential management solutions across North America.
