BadgePass’ Own Robbie Jefcoat Named Among Security’s 25 Rising Leaders

Congratulations to Robbie Jefcoat on being recognized as one of SIA’s 25 on the Rise leaders!

Robbie walked into BadgePass fresh out of college over 12 years ago, and he’s been making waves ever since. From day one, he’s been all about one thing: helping partners and customers succeed (𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘶𝘯 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘵). Over the years, Robbie’s worn just about every hat you can imagine, but his true passion has always been people… leading them, supporting them, and finding creative ways to make their lives easier.

Now, as Director of Customer Success, Robbie oversees our Customer Success, Marketing, and VIP Partner Support teams. He’s the guy who’s always thinking outside the box, bringing big ideas to the table, and pushing us to deliver experiences that actually matter. Positivity is Robbie’s superpower; he lifts everyone around him, from coworkers to partners to customers.

Ask anyone who knows Robbie, and they’ll tell you his energy is contagious. He doesn’t just drive success; he builds it, shares it, and makes sure everyone around him wins too.

Congrats, again Robbie!
