BadgePass is excited to announce it has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Mississippi in the Small Business Category for 2021. The Best Places to Work in Mississippi awards program was designed by the Mississippi Business Journal to recognize and honor the organizations that invest heavily in their employees and are raising the bar of excellence in our state’s business climate.

This recognition is given to organizations based on a combination of employee surveys and responses to questions about the culture of the organization based on company policies, practices, benefits and demographics. Employees are randomly selected to answer an in-depth set of questions that result in an analysis in eight core areas: leadership and planning, culture and communication, role satisfaction, working environment, relationship with supervisor, training and development, pay and benefits and overall job satisfaction.
