We consider ourselves the misfits of the identification industry – the ones that everyone talks about when we launch a new product or come up with a new idea. Some may think we’re crazy (hey, maybe we are!), but we aren’t worried about those people. Instead, we’re putting all our energy into creating incredible products and developing awesome team members.
At BadgePass, our team members come first, decisions are made quickly, and if we want to accomplish something, we find a way to get it done – no matter what. We don’t shy away from change here; we embrace it!
What are we doing?
BadgePass exists to break barriers in identity and activity management. We design and develop ground-breaking technology solutions while also creating a home for talented and passionate individuals to build a career, learn, contribute, and grow.
We believe that customers won’t love a company unless employees love it first, so we strive to create an environment that inspires our team members and allows them to translate their passion into amazing products and an unmatched customer experience.
What do we value most?
Our core values, or our “BadgePassions,” as we like to call them, help us drive decision-making within the company and determine if a potential team member is the right fit for us.
