BadgePass, Inc., and Legend ID announce the strategic merger of the two companies, effective November 2025. For BadgePass, headquartered in Ridgeland, MS, the merger with Legend represents the ninth merger or acquisition in the last ten years and furthers the company’s strategy to provide credential management solutions across North America.
