BadgeHub: How to Cancel a Single or Batch Print
Note: Follow this guide to cancel a single or batch issuance job. This guide begins after the issuance job has been sent to the ID Card Printer.
1. Sign in to the BadgeHub Portal and make your way to the devices drop-down, then select the Printer tab.
2. Select the Print Queue button.
3. Then Select the printer that is completing the issuance job.
4. Select the check box icon on the issuance job that you desire to cancel and then select the X icon to follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.
