BadgeHub Data Connector Installation Guide

Welcome to BadgeHub!
Follow this guide to successfully download and install the BadgeHub Data Connector on your device.

1. Sign in to Your BadgeHub Portal

  • Visit your BadgeHub portal and log in with your credentials.

2. Access the Download Page

  • Click on Support on the left side of the screen.

  • From the dropdown menu, select Download.

3. Download the Data Connector

  • Locate the Data Connector section on the download page.

  • Click the Download button and wait for the file to finish downloading.

4. Run the Installer

  • Open the downloaded file.

  • Right-click on Setup and select Run as Administrator.

5. Complete the Installation Wizard

  • When the installer launches, click Next.

  • Accept the license agreement by checking the box labeled “I accept the terms in the license agreement,” then click Next.

  • Continue clicking Next through the installation screens.

6. Enter Your BadgeHub Credentials

  • When prompted, enter your BadgeHub username and password.

  • NOTE: This needs to be either a local user or domain account that is not tied to Azure AD. This can be set up in Computer Management > Local Users and Groups > Users by right-clicking and adding a new user. Uncheck “User must change password at next logon” and if desired, set the password to not be changeable by the user and for it to not expire.

  • Click Next, then click Install.

7. Finalize Installation

  • Once installation is complete, click Finish.

✅ Installation Complete

The BadgeHub Data Connector is now successfully installed and ready to use.
