How to Reset Password

Reset Password from the App:

  • Begin by opening the app on your tablet or mobile device.
  • Enter your email and then instead of putting in a password, select the button indicating you forgot your password.
  • This will prompt you to confirm your password to have a password reset email sent to that email address.

  • Once you receive the email, follow the link to reset your password. Once you enter a new password, you will be able to sign into the app again.
    • Keep note of our minimum requirements for passwords.
  • Note: Please note that the password reset process on your portal will follow the exact same process.

Issuing a Password Reset Email to a User:

  • If you are a global administrator, you can issue reset password requests by going to your user’s tab in the security drop down menu.
  • Select the user you want to execute a new password for and select the Reset Password Button. This will generate the reset password email mentioned previously.
  • Once you receive the email, follow the link to reset your password. Once you enter a new password, you will be able to sign into the app again.
  • Note: Please note that password reset emails will expire within 24 hours. If you need the email re-sent, simply repeat this process to generate another email.
