Clean NXT5000 ID Card Printer
- Open the printer lid on the top of the printer.
- Remove the print ribbon.
- Close the lid.
- Open the card input hopper.
- Remove all blank cards.
- Shift the card thickness gauge to “MAX”.
- Remove the adhesive strip from the cleaning card.
- Place the cleaning card in the input hopper and leave the hopper door open.
- Press the power button twice.
- The card will be automatically cycled through the printer and ejected into the output hop-per.
- Remove the card from the card printer output hopper and close the card output hopper.
- Open the printer lid.
- Replace the print ribbon and close the lid.
- Return unused cards to the input hopper.
- Return the thickness gauge to its correct setting and close the hopper door.
