How to Add an External User

How to Add an External User:

  • Make your way to the security drop-down.
  • Select Users.
  • Select +
    • Make sure to select the external button to fill out the correct form.

  • Select the drop-down menu and select the external user you want to add.
  • If you do not see the external user you want to add, contact BadgePass Sales Support Office at orders@badgepass.com and they will assist you further.
  • Select the Role you wish to assign them.
  • Select Add
