Technically, all ID card printers with a Windows printer driver are compatible with BadgePass software for badge production; however, BadgePass-certified printers are always our most recommended options. BadgePass-certified printer partners provide ID card printers for testing and development purposes at BadgePass headquarters, firmware updates, and support, thereby ensuring those hardware offerings are always supported with new releases of BadgePass software. Non-certified printers may still be compatible with the software; however, there may be limitations to functionality supported.
