BADGING LIKE YOU’VE NEVER SEEN BEFORE
BadgeHub is changing the way customers think about ID badging.
Designed to enable secure and streamlined badge production from any device, the system allows for seamless provisioning of both physical credentials and virtual badges.
Manage & Issue Badges from Anywhere
The most flexible software in the industry, BadgePass is easily downloadable from the App Store, making it compatible with most mobile devices, including phones and tablets, and eliminating costly and time-consuming software installation on your network.
The native app experience allows versatility like you’ve never experienced from an ID system before. You can enroll cardholder data, capture photos remotely, and even issue badges directly from your phone or tablet.
Support for unlimited badge designs ensures that you can produce high-quality physical ID cards or issue secure virtual badges – or both! Choose the badge production workflow that best suits your organization’s needs.
High-Quality Card Production
Organizations rely on secure, high-quality badges as a means of visual identification within their facility. Wearing a customized ID badge not only creates a sense of community and belonging among cardholders, but it also increases security, as people instantly recognize whether someone belongs in the building or not.
BadgeHub offers integration options with industry-leading card printers, allowing for easy production of quality Photo ID badges. Even better, our direct integration allows for printing without the hassle of local printer drivers. Simply connect the printer to an available network connection and you can instantly see printer status, print test cards, check print counts, ribbon usage and more.
Customized Badge Designs
When it comes to your organization’s ID, it’s important that the design and print quality accurately reflect your brand. Our badge design software, BadgePass Studio, allows users to design unlimited physical badges or virtual badges with ease. Choose which elements you want to print on each card design, along with additional security elements including barcodes, magnetic stripe or smartcard encoding.
Not sure what you want your badge design to look like? We can help! Our team of experts can help you produce a quality badge design in minutes, simply by answering a few simple questions about your organization’s badging and security objectives. Let’s work together to make sure your badge design is one that you can be proud of for years to come!
Automated Badge Activation
When new badges are issued to cardholders, we ensure they are automatically activated for immediate use. More importantly, we ensure any lost badges are instantly deactivated when a replacement badge is provisioned, reducing the risk of credential overflow to your facility.
If you are issuing virtual badges, cardholder badges can be instantly removed from the App as soon as a badge or user is deactivated in the system, ensuring nobody can present a virtual badge who should not have one.
Security & Data Storage
With BadgeHub, cardholder data is saved securely in the cloud, so there is no risk of losing it if a computer crashes, gets hacked or is stolen. Even better, there is no need to maintain on-premises servers and computers just for badge production and management.
BadgeHub also offers secure authentication options including dual-factor authentication via Azure Active Directory. Best of all, as a cloud-hosted system, updates and upgrades are automatically available for all systems users as soon as they are available, eliminating time-consuming system updates.
Best-in-class Support
When it comes to Photo ID, nobody knows badging better than BadgePass. Our team of industry experts is here to help you every step of the way – from system design to implementation to ongoing support after go-live.
