BadgePass ONE doesn’t require software installation on your network! The app is available for download from the Windows Store or Apple App Store. Compatible with all Microsoft devices, including phones and tablets and any device that supports iOS. Mac OS and Android support are coming soon.
Advanced Printer Integration
The BadgePass Connect printer was specifically designed for compatibility with BadgePass ONE software. Hooking up the printer couldn’t be easier – all you need is a network connection and an available IP address! No printer driver is required, and our user-friendly portal allows you to see printer status, print test cards, check print counts and ribbon usage, and more!
The BadgePass Connect printer offers high-quality card printing at incredibly fast print speeds. The intuitive LCD screen makes it easy to run a cleaning card or troubleshoot any issues you may run into. Single and dual-sided print options and a range of encoding options are available, including magnetic stripe and smartcard enrollment.
Secure Door Access Control
Do more than just print ID cards. With BadgePass ONE, you can easily add readers to doors and areas of your building that need to be secured. Control which cardholders have access to those openings and when with easy-to-manage reader profiles that include custom schedules and holiday options.

Flexible Pricing Model
With our simple and flexible pricing model, no customer is too small to cost-justify BadgePass ONE. Your subscription price is based on the number of cardholder records in your database and the number of card printer(s) required for card production – that’s it! That subscription package includes everything you need for badge production – software, printer(s), ribbons, and even support!
What determines the price of your package?

- Printing Subscription Number of card printers required
Customers can choose to purchase card printer(s) upfront or include their hardware in the printing subscription. Learn more about printing subscription options here. Each account can print up to the number of records included in their base subscription each calendar year – with no additional costs!

With BadgePass ONE, cardholder data is saved securely in the cloud, so there is no risk of losing it if a computer crashes, gets hacked or is stolen. Even better, there is no need to maintain on-premises servers and computers just for ID card production.
BadgePass ONE also offers secure authentication options including dual-factor authentication via Azure Active Directory.
