BadgePass Shipping, Delivery and Return Policies

Because we have such a large in-stock inventory, we can ship most orders within 24 business hours (holidays and weekends excluded) pending credit card verification. Once orders have shipped, you may use the tracking number we email you (typically within 24 hours of product shipment) to track your order.

Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Custom and out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible. Our team will communicate any delays to you via email.

Shipping Rates

All products will be shipped UPS or USPS.

All orders of $100 or more (excluding sales tax) will ship for free to all addresses in the contiguous United States.

Standard shipping rates will apply to orders under $100.

Need it faster? Expedited shipping options are available for most items, including next-day delivery. Shipping upgrade options and costs vary. Please note that orders with expedited shipping still require our standard 24-hour processing time.

BadgePass cannot ship to PO boxes. Please arrange to have products shipped to your physical address. We apologize and thank you in advance for your understanding.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our number one priority! If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it with a valid RMA number within 30 days of receipt according to the following:

  • Product must be unopened and unused
  • Product returns must include original packaging, boxes, etc.
  • Any manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, etc. must be included with the return.
  • Original shipping fees are not refunded. Return shipping and insurance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to accept returns of the following items:

  • Used printers
  • Opened or used media such as cards, ribbons and/or printer cleaning kits
  • Special order items
  • Software
  • Custom-printed or custom-programmed products, including but not limited to custom lanyards, custom badge reels, and programmed technology cards.

A valid RMA number must be included with all returns. Contact onlineorders@badgepass.com to process your return request.

Defective Merchandise

If you received a defective item, or one that is different then what you ordered, please contact us immediately so we may resolve the issue promptly. In order to determine if a printer or system is defective, we may need to set up a free trouble shooting session with our ID experts.

Opened Printers

If the printer or ID system you purchased doesn’t meet your needs, please contact us within 30 days to discuss our printer upgrade program. We will do everything we can to find a replacement that better suits your requirements. The full cost of the original printer will be credited to your upgrade order. You will only pay the difference between the price of the returned printer and the replacement, plus any additional supplies.

Printers and systems that have been opened are generally not returnable for a refund. Special exceptions may be made by a BadgePass sales representative within 30 days of purchase; restocking fees may apply.

In special circumstances, your sales rep may approve a return or exchange of an opened ID card printer or of software that has been installed. In these situations, a restocking fee of 15-50% may apply depending on the condition of the item.


Refund amounts will be applied to the original payment method. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and issued.
